He is the founder and visionary behind By His Blood Ministries, a 5-fold ministry focused on discipleship, healing, and spiritual growth, and By His Blood Foundation, a faith-based nonprofit dedicated to community development, education, and holistic empowerment.

Minister Grayson also leads Cornerstone Hospitality & Consulting Group and Cornerstone Recruiting Agency, where he helps organizations and individuals build strong foundations through leadership development, workforce training, and strategic recruitment. In addition, he is the founder of Everything Waffelz, a hospitality brand built on excellence, culture, and service.
